Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the appliance in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
